Now for the boring bits
The room can be hired for private parties subject to terms and conditions
Requirements to be adhered to when hiring the club concert room for private functions.
Due to licensing laws implemented on 7th November 2005, the following criteria must be observed:
1) The organiser / hirer of the room will be responsible for any damage to the club premises during the period of hire.
2) The premises must be cleared of guests 30 minutes after the specified time of hire, i.e: Stop Tap.
3) Any abuse to the bar staff will not be tolerated.
4) Any children under the age of 18 years must be supervised by a parent and must leave the premises by 11:00pm.
5) In the event of any trouble starting, the bar will be closed immediately and the music stopped by order of the committee.
6) Hirer must inform a committee officer of any damage and nominate / name the person(s) involved.
7) Please leave the premises in an orderly fashion, misbehavior or noise is not permitted.
8) A list of guests must be available if required by the Club Management.
9) A £50 Deposit is required to hire the concert room, charity events are exempt. The deposit is subject to the amount taken behind the bar and the condition that the room is left in.
10) The room is not available for 18th birthday parties.
